Spicy smoked tofu on a salad seasoned with Wakame

Give your tofu a special twist with this recipe from My Vegan Kitchen .
- ¼ block of smoked tofu (cut into small cubes)
- 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp Sriracha sauce
- a few lettuce leaves
- ¼ cucumber (diced)
- ½ tomato (diced)
- ½ avocado (diced)
- ¼ orange bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tbsp green onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp tempura powder
- 1 tbsp. of Ocean of Flavors Wakame Flakes (or other seaweed flakes of your choice)
Mix together the small cubes of tofu, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha.
Roughly chop the lettuce.
Mix together the diced vegetables, lettuce, green onion, sesame seeds, tempura powder and wakame flakes (or other seaweed) and place on your plate.
Place the tofu mixture on your salad.
