Asian Tofu Tartare

Asian Tofu Tartare

Can a tartare be vegan? My Vegan Kitchen says yes!
- ½ avocado
For the tartare
- ½ block of tofu (well drained and cut into very small cubes)
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp La Morin mustard
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 small pickle (cut into small pieces)
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch of sea salt with algae from Un Océan de Saveurs (or more, to taste)
- Tempura (to taste)
For the salad
- a few salad leaves (in pieces)
- ½ tomato (diced)
- ¼ cucumber (diced)
Mix together the ingredients "for the tartare".

Mix together the "salad" ingredients and arrange them on a plate.
Place the avocado half on the salad, and the tofu mixture on the avocado.
