What's better than a good tartare to treat yourself? La touche Héloïse offers you this Asian-inspired version that's simply sublime! The photo makes you SO tempted, don't you think?!

  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon (sushi grade)
  • 2 tbsp. gray shallot (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp. Fisherman's Salt An Ocean of Flavors (finely ground)
  • ¼ tsp toasted sesame oil
  1. Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into 4 mm cubes.

  2. In a bowl, place the salmon with the other ingredients and mix gently with a wooden spoon.

Serve with fried nori triangles, then sprinkle with two-tone sesame seeds and finely ground fisherman's salt.
