Seaweed Caviar - As seen at the Dragons

Perfect as a quick recipe to impress your guests with seaweed, or simply to enhance your meals. Even the Dragons were impressed!
- 4 tbsp organic seaweed flakes ( Dulse , Wakame , Marine Spirulina or any other type of seaweed flakes from Un Océan de Saveurs )
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 1 French shallot (chopped)
- ½ tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2-3 dill pickles
- juice of 1 lemon
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add more oil. Easy peasy!
Serve on crackers, as a relish, over smoked salmon, in your favorite pasta... its uses are only limited by your imagination!
