Seaweed tartare

A tartare to enjoy as a condiment on sushi, fish rillettes, raw vegetables, crackers...let your imagination run wild! The photo and recipe are from the Omnicuiseur Magazine website .
- 2 tbsp dried seaweed flakes from An Ocean of Flavors (your choice)
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley (chopped)
- 3 lemons (squeezed)
- 3 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 135 ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp Gorria pepper or Espelette pepper
Cover the seaweed with cold water while preparing the recipe.
In a salad bowl, mix the lemon juice, shallots, ginger, parsley, soy sauce, sesame oil and Espelette pepper.
Drain the seaweed well and mix it into the preparation.
Place in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
