Carrot tartare with seaweed

Reinvent tartare with this easy and healthy recipe from My Vegan Kitchen !

  • 2 carrots (grated)

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 1 tsp capers (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ tsp liquid smoke
  • ½ tsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)

When serving

  • ½ avocado (cubed)
  • ¼ cup edamame
  • 1 tsp. of Un Océan de Saveurs seaweed flakes (your choice)
  1. Mix the ingredients "for the sauce" well.

  2. Add the sauce to the grated carrots.

  3. Place this mixture on your plate.

  4. When ready to serve, garnish the tartare with avocado cubes and edamame beans.

  5. Sprinkle with seaweed flakes.
