Healthy Kelp Smoothie

When it comes to starting the day off right, this smoothie definitely wins the gold medal! Enjoy it with your feet in the sand... or in your living room.

  • ½ cup kale
  • 1 tbsp. of kelp or black seaweed flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cucumber (peeled)
  • ½ apple (peeled)
  1. Blend the kale, seaweed, and almond milk in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
