Quebec seaweed salt

In his show Vézina, chef responsable , broadcast on Zeste TV , Daniel Vézina invites you to make your own seaweed salt with three different seaweeds. This salt will be the ideal condiment to accompany your fish and seafood dishes! (see note at the bottom of the recipe) Photo credit: Zeste

  • 1 bag of Nori seaweed An Ocean of Flavors
  • 1 bag of Wakame seaweed An Ocean of Flavors
  • 1 bag of Sea Lettuce An Ocean of Flavors
  • 1 box (1kg) of sea salt
  1. In a Thermomix or other blender, reduce all the seaweed to a powder.

  2. Add salt and mix.
