Wakame Salad

Need some greens? Why not mix it up and try a seaweed salad? Zeste has something to make your salad a little funkier !
For the salad
- ¼ cup Wakame or sea lettuce flakes An Ocean of Flavors
- water (to rehydrate the algae)
For the dressing
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (powder)

Place the dried seaweed in a bowl, moisten to the level and leave to rehydrate for 15 minutes (they should increase tenfold in size).
Drain, pressing lightly.
For the dressing, mix all the other ingredients in a small bowl, then stir into the seaweed.
Mix the vinaigrette with the seaweed.
