Royal Kombu Coleslaw

Revisit a classic by adding original flavors and textures

  1. Rehydrate the royal kombu for 1 hour in lukewarm water

  2. Chop the green cabbage and red cabbage

  3. Chop the royal kombu

  4. In a bowl, mix the royal kombu, cabbages and carrots

  5. Add the vinegar and brown sugar and mix

  6. Season to taste

  7. For a more indulgent version, add bacon
