Seaweed Popcorn

Recipe by Stéphanie Audet , executive chef at Restaurant Lov, taken from the special Végé sexy program on Curieux Bégin
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup popcorn
- 2 tbsp organic seaweed powder or flakes ( wakame , nori , sea bacon or other species ) An Ocean of Flavors
- gray sea salt
Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the corn kernels, and stir a few times to coat.
Cover and continue cooking, stirring the pan constantly, until all the kernels have popped.

Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, season with salt and sprinkle with seaweed powder. Serve warm.
