Seaweed Popcorn

Recipe by Stéphanie Audet , executive chef at Restaurant Lov, taken from the special Végé sexy program on Curieux Bégin

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the corn kernels, and stir a few times to coat.

  2. Cover and continue cooking, stirring the pan constantly, until all the kernels have popped.

  3. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, season with salt and sprinkle with seaweed powder. Serve warm.
