Potatoes with Sea Lettuce

Here is a simple side dish recipe, from the imagination of Émilie and Antoine!
- 4-6 potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp. of Sea Lettuce Flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into 8 lengthwise.
Brush with a little olive oil.
Sprinkle with sea lettuce flakes.
Bake until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Serve as an accompaniment to fish, meat for a "surf'n turf" touch, or with our shrimp and sea bacon roll !
