Potatoes with Sea Lettuce

Here is a simple side dish recipe, from the imagination of Émilie and Antoine!

  • 4-6 potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. of Sea Lettuce Flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 8 lengthwise.

  3. Brush with a little olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle with sea lettuce flakes.

  5. Bake until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Serve as an accompaniment to fish, meat for a "surf'n turf" touch, or with our shrimp and sea bacon roll !
