Seaweed pesto by Daniel Vézina

- 1 small clove of garlic
- ½ cup of An Ocean of Flavors seaweed flakes , your choice
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl except for the soy sauce. Blend until smooth.
Add soy sauce to taste for seasoning. *Caution: The seaweed is already quite salty; be sure to taste the recipe before adding the soy sauce.
