Shrimp (or lobster) and sea bacon roll

Fancy a little bit of Gaspésie? These seafood-flavored rolls will take you straight to the beach!
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 lb fresh shrimp (or 2 peeled lobsters)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. of Sea Bacon Flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
- 3 lettuce leaves (washed and cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper (optional)
- pepper and salt (to taste)
Toast the bread in a pan, toaster, or oven (if you prefer, you can also use it as is, without cooking it).
Mix all other ingredients.
Fill the buns with the mixture.
