Gomasio with Atlantic Nori

Recipe by Stéphanie Audet , executive chef at Restaurant Lov, taken from the special Végé sexy program on Curieux Bégin
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 tbsp organic nori seaweed flakes or other seaweed flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
- gray sea salt (to taste)
Place the sesame seeds and organic nori seaweed powder in the cup of a spice grinder, add salt (or not) and pulse until you obtain a smooth texture.

Store in an airtight container and use instead of salt.
