Buckwheat and Atlantic Wakame Crispy

- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup white buckwheat
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. Atlantic Wakame Seaweed Flakes An Ocean of Flavors
- pepper (to taste)
Sauté all ingredients in olive oil for about 8 minutes. The mixture should be golden brown and crispy!
Adjust the seasoning to your taste. It's as easy as 1, 2, or 3!
