Nori and sesame seaweed chips

  1. Preheat oven to 65°C (150°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie and add the sesame oil while stirring.

  3. Place the nori sheets on the prepared baking sheet. Cut each sheet into quarters, then cut the squares into quarters again. (This step may be optional depending on the size of the pieces.)

  4. Using a pastry brush, brush the nori squares with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.

  5. Place in a preheated oven for 8 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool.

  7. Enjoy with happiness and joy!
