Both comforting and refreshing, this dish is definitely a great discovery! Thanks to Keda Black for the recipe !

  • 4 pieces of cod (fresh cod) (approximately 100g each)
  • 1 large tbsp seaweed tartare (see recipe)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Brush 1 sheet of brick pastry with olive oil, place a piece of cod in the center, add a little tartare, 1 slice of tomato and fold to form a small parcel.

  3. Do the same with the other 3 pieces of fish.

  4. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with a nice green salad!
