Cod brick with seaweed tartare

Both comforting and refreshing, this dish is definitely a great discovery! Thanks to Keda Black for the recipe !

- 4 sheets of brick or store-bought phyllo pastry
- 50 ml olive oil
- 4 pieces of cod (fresh cod) (approximately 100g each)
- 1 large tbsp seaweed tartare (see recipe)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Brush 1 sheet of brick pastry with olive oil, place a piece of cod in the center, add a little tartare, 1 slice of tomato and fold to form a small parcel.
Do the same with the other 3 pieces of fish.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve with a nice green salad!
