Nori Energy Balls

The perfect snack for your hikes and outdoor activities!
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup dried figs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Nori seaweed flakesAn Ocean of Flavors
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Blend the nuts in a food processor until coarsely ground.
Add the other ingredients and mix for a few minutes.

Once the mixture is smooth, shape into balls of the size of your choice.
Sprinkle with cocoa and nori seaweed.
