Sea Lettuce Butter for Seafood

A perfect butter to season your lobster, shrimp, or mussels! Give it a try...

  • ½ lb butter (room temperature (softened))
  • 2 tbsp. of Sea Lettuce Flakes from An Ocean of Flavors
  1. Add the sea lettuce flakes to the butter and mix. Voila! You're done!

You can now fry your shrimp in it, melt it to dip your lobster in, use it to cook your mussels or simply eat it on a piece of bread!
