Bloody Dulse

A classic cocktail revisited with marine accents

  • 6 oz of Clamato
  • 1 1/2 oz Radoune gin
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp. Kombu flakes An Ocean of Flavors
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 tbsp shrimp
  1. Moisten the rim of a glass with lemon juice.

  2. In a plate, mix the celery salt, onion salt, and kombu flakes well. Place the rim of the glass on top of the spice mixture so that the spices adhere to the lemon juice.

  3. First add the sauces, gin, shrimp, and then the Clamato. Mix well with the celery stalk.

  4. Top with a whole seaweed of your choice. Cheers!
