The Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in partnership with the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec, is launching a new culinary web series entitled Pêchés ici, Mangés, ici . The goal? To raise awareness of Quebec's aquatic product offerings and encourage consumers to cook them by presenting simple and easy gourmet recipes as well as cooking tips!
