Are you ready to showcase Quebec's culinary culture? Voting is open to all! It's time to cheer on and show your support for your favorite finalists. The list of the Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise awards was finally unveiled Tuesday evening and no fewer than 95 candidates were selected for the final of the 2021 edition. The Grand Gala includes 16 categories and will be held on May 24 in a hybrid format (virtual with an in-person component).
