Gaspésie has garnered several nominations for the Gala des Lauriers. The Gala will be held on May 24th and aims to promote Quebec gastronomy locally, nationally, and internationally. We talk about it with the founder, Christine Plante.

The nominees: -Christophe Mamelonet, la Maison du Pêcheur, in the Revelation of the Year category -Benoît Couillard, Brasserie Auval, in the category of Brewer, Winemaker or Beverage Producer of the Year -Antoine Nicolas, an Ocean of Flavors, in the Producer of the Year category -Carl Pelletier, Couleur Chocolat, in the Artisan of the Year and Gastronomic Tourism Award categories -Eat our Saint-Laurent in the Initiative of the Year category
